The seminar was finally started on April 5, 2019 with 14 selected Christian inmates inside Minimum Compound of National Bilibid Prison (NBP) in Muntinlupa City. This is once a week training for six months to equip and train the inmates on in-depth Life Discipleship using the Self Confrontation Manual.
