1. Reservation should be paid 2 months before the actual date of the camp.
2. The reservation fee for accommodation must be 30% of the total number of occupants. This is non-refundable.
3. The reservation fee for food should be at least 3 meals multiplied to the total number of participants.
4. No group is considered booked unless the 30% reservation fee is paid. Failure to pay on the agreed date & deadline would mean cancellation of tentative reservation without prior notice.
5. The total bed capacity of the Campsite is 262 people. Campsite has the right to accept other group if your reservation is below 250 people. Groups reserving below 250 people should be willing to share the Campsite & its facilities with other groups.
6. Groups who insist to use the Campsite exclusively will pay the total unoccupied rooms/day. The total occupancy rate for the room is P 24,940.00/day.
7. For 2 groups who will use the Campsite, the group with the highest number of participants will be assigned in the Chapel area. Groups with smaller participants will
8. During summer or peak season (April & May) reservation should not less than 150 people. If reservation is below 150 people, you will pay good for 150 people.
9. Payment by check should be made 2 weeks in advance. Checks should be payable to Christian Growth Ministries, Inc. You may also pay at CGM bank account number 6015-054431, BPI-Family, Cubao Branch. Deposit slip should be fax at CGM office to confirm the payments by our accounting department. Please bring your deposit slip on the actual date of the camp.
10. Cancellation of reservation should be two (2) months before the actual date of the Camp & the deposit of 30% will be forfeited.
11. Children should be charge by the following rates for accommodation & food:

1 – 2 years old – Free

3 – 4 years old – 50% discount

5 years old above – Full payment
